Code Check Book Feedback

Is there a way to get a message to the writers of the Code Check books?
The gas sizing table in new edition of the plumbing book only goes up to 1 1/4" pipe and 150 ft. The earlier one went to 2" and 250 ft. Do the codes differ now for larger pipe and longer runs, or was that done to save space? The replacement run to my BIL's pool heater may have to be over 150 ft to avoid obstacles that have been built and grown since the original was put in.

Gas sizing (post #158601, reply #2 of 2)
A new 4th edition of Code Check Plumbing and Mechanical is available. The gas pipe size table goes up to 4 inch pipe and 500 foot lengths. You are correct that the abbreviated version in 3rd edition was done to save space.
The authors encourage questions and feedback on the books, and can be reached at info@Codecheck.com.
Thank you
