aside from the weeks of shovel-work (my wife) can anyone offer advice on how to properly seal a 100 yr old stone foundation
*BenOnce you have exposed the outside of the foundation down to the footing you should clean the foundation. A pressure washer will do the best job, but might get a little messy. Then proceed with parging over the old stone. A good coat of foundation tar should end all your water infilltration problems.
