In every ones opinion, what is the best way/product to conceal, hide or camoflauge a seam in laminate. Especially light colored laminate.
Thanks,
Will

Hide it in the sink cutout if possible. If not get the seam as tight as you can by doing a mirror cut. Formica, Wilsonart, ect. make seam sealer. A type of epoxy that comes in several colors and can be custom mixed to match. Works well if the gap in the seam is not to large.
*I do quite a bit of laminate work, and I would never-never-never put a seam where sink cut-out will be. Water, Murphy's law etc.. When joining a seam , never use a factory edge, make your own. Seam seal or a matching caulk type tube is generally available fron the laminate supplier. Assuming your getting it from a cabinet supply supply house and not a hardware or home supply "depot".
*Home Depot sells Seam Fill - kit of several tubes or individual tube of your color if yours is a solid color.
*A well glued seam is fine under a sink cut out and is usually less visible.
*I also put my seam in the sink opening . I haven't had any call backs yet.
