There was an article in FHB several years ago about a family “compound” I believe either in new Hampshire or Rhode Island. There was the main house but there was also a guest house and a garage w/ living space above for when all the grandkids would visit. All the living spaces/buildings were connected w/ covered walkways – the idea was to give a “summer camp feeling” w/ the main living space smaller and the outbuildings for when family came to visit. I have searched via the website but I can’t seem to find it.
