Looking for .pdf of “An Artfully Crafted Vermont Home”, from FHB Issue #116

I am looking for a .pdf file of “An Artfully Crafted Vermont Home” by John Seibert. It appeared in Fine Homebuilding issue #116, the 1998 Annual HOUSES issue.  It is not included in the online Archives, but apparently it has ben included on the CD/DVD, which I do not have.

Any help would be appreciated.
