I’ve found all kinds of diagrams for wiring split circuit receptacles but they all show a split receptacle as the end-of-run. Is it okay to continue from the non-switched circuit into a run of non-split receptacles? Or is there some reason this might not be a good idea? I’m adding a couple of circuits in the basement.
Thanks folks…

There is no reason not to continue to other receptacles, either controlled by the switch, or not.
If you have more than one circuit in the box, there are some other issues that arise.
