I searched the index and can’t find an article that I’d like to review.
It was an article about estimating costs in the early stages, and it had suggested charts for major building components. Each chart had the equivalent of “low, medium, high, and very high” values for each building component. In the end, the author averaged the values from each chart to come up with a factor that advised him on what cost per square foot to use in his estimate.
I don’t remember anything more, but it was printed in the last 3-4 years.
Can you help me?
Thanks,
peter
