Hi guys
Ive been working in a 50 storey high rise, renovating condos to different degrees for a few years. i got the picture i was charging too little when on the elevator i had a contractors attention- they charged a 50% markup to work in a high rise because of vertical transportation .... using an elevator to get to work. ( and supplies, etc) anyone else have a system like this?
thanks in advance!

Russell, send me an email (post #188511, reply #1 of 2)
and I'll direct you to someone who does a lot of high rise work and can answer questions about how they adjust their fees to deal with the access and other issues. david at meiland dot com
