Looks like it's Material List.
"ML (Material List) is a box noting whether this line item contains items that will be listed on the system generated material list. This box will be checked if that line item has material associated with it. If you uncheck that box any materials associated with that line item will not appear on the Material List Report."

I just went to a seminar put on by Anderson Windows. They inplied that http://www.superbuild.com/features.aspx?partner=andersen&CC=ibssell was their product.
