Marketing resources/ideas for small partnership in Northern New England?

We are looking to ramp up our sorry marketing/advertising for our small residential construction company. We have a nice website, do occasional local radio advertising and free weekly paper advertising, and have signage on most of our trucks. We are looking for some guidance.  We have newer partners who are starting to contract small jobs, but aren't known in the area, as well as, the more established partners. We do a lot of energy audits that get us face to face with potential clients, but aren't really getting other work after the audits.
