Good afternoon everybody,

I am a commercial construction project manager who is a recent transplant to NYC.

The project I will be doing is a brownstone (residential)in Brooklyn. This is a complete four story interior demo and rebuild. I do not intend to self perform any of the work.

I am in the process of researching subcontractors at this time. I am looking for all 16 Divisions (I'm old school that way). If you work in the area or know of someone who you would like to reccommend, please let me know.
