I am putting new casing on the doors and closets, but I have to also put down the floor boards (laminate) as well. What should I do first? Does the laminate go around the casing or does the casing sit on top of the lamlnate?

There's a constant source of clean water for you to use, and all you have to do is collect it.

All trims contacting the floor, down after the lam. You have to raise the planks edge a bit to click/lock them.
sorry I am confused about the click/lock them part.

If the flooring you are using is laminate-there's two kinds.
edge glued and click lock.
the directions will show you that you lift one long edge to insert the other edge into the mating board.
Ok, that makes sense. I have the click and lock type.
