My home is now 10 years old. The L-Shaped concrete floor for the front porch was poured over 3/4 inch tongue and groove plywood. There is a storage area under the porch where the plywood is visable. Recently I noticed one of the plywood boards has started to separate at the tongue and groove joint and is beginning to droup. Since I’m pretty sure I can’t remove it, should I try to shore it up in some fashion? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Craig

Is the concrete cap settling/cracking?
If the concrete cap is failing, shore it up or replace it.
If you are just talking about the plywood seperating and drooping, I would (and have in the past) cut it out.
Run a sawzall (or multi master) cut around the edges (and you will ruin a number of blades).
Pain in the butt work, but it is doable.

Generally plywood in such a situation is just forms that were not removed and it's not structural. Unless it's an appearance issue, I'd just break/cut away the loose pieces.
