Just wondering if anyone has any experience installing jackal premium basin which has a cast iron flange at the inlet ,I was told by the company that sold it to me that the 4″ snap in hub is required , however the cast iron flange won’t even let in the 4″ pvc pipe into basin which I presume is how it should be set up ,I would post a picture but I’d have to dig it up,if anyone has installed one of these before I would appreciate your input thanks

Sewage Basin Maybe?
You asked for a sump pump basin & the salesperson sold you something like this:

Such a product is intended for a sewage pump, overkill for just a footing drain / sump pump well. Kinda pricey too considering the original cost & extra work to fit the footing drain outlets.
For a sump well you only need something like these:

No special fittings are needed to run the discharge end(s) of your footing tile(s) thru the sides. Usual practice is just cut a reasonably tight-fit hole for each end starting at least 6" below the rim (if set flush with finished floor slab) so there's plenty of room between your sump pump float 'turn on' level and the bottom(s) of the footing drain end(s).
