The client wants a lot of the rooms in the house (new construction) done with a knotty pine wainscot arrangement under a chair rail. Anybody have experience with the plywood or paneling products that might allow a higher production rate but still yeild the true edge and centerbead or v-groove look of solid boards?

Gene,
New England Classics might have a knotty pine in their MDF laminated line? Their stuff is very nice looking and goes together well but it is pricey. The added costs of it might equal the time you would spend just using t & g solid knotty pine?
