Wirzbo plumbing / plastic plumbing problem at angle stop (supply line at toilet)
Our house was re plumbed with plastic pipe to replace ki tech plumbing fittings. They were required to useall plastic plumbing including the valves (angle stops at supply for toilets are lavatories.). I am disappointed in this part of the install because the exposed pipe is ugly and it can slide or push/pull in and out of the wall. The little cover plate slides with it. It is not firm, so if you shut the valve off, you will at first pull an inch of pipe out of the wall before the valve is closed. I want to know in the install meets code requirements because this seems really lame and as if it will get worse over time.

I agree that this arrangement is lame, but it's cheap and quick, and presumably meets (minimum) code.
If I were getting plastic installed I'd spec copper ells on the ends, fastened to framing. (I'm guessing the plumber would laugh if I asked for drop-ear threaded ellls, which is what I'd really prefer.) At the very least there're a sort of "splint" made from galvanized sheet that will susport the plastic pipe and make it a bit more rigid.
who required the use of pex shutoffs and scussions?
