Phone remote to control heat in vacation home

Hey all,

Thanks in advance for all the knowledge.  Got slammed last night going to my vacation home in Pennsylvania, it was freezing.  It took about 3 -4 hours for the house to get livable.  Anyway, I want to stop that and I've come across a couple of products that can help.  FreezeAlarm Deluxe & Sensaphone are just 2 that I came across.  There is no internet in this vacation house.  I don't need multiple locations, just the living room.  Anyone can help point the way and which product is the best for the least would be much appreciated.  Also if there is a review website for these untis that would help as well.  It doesn't seem that these 2 products ever are compared/contrast to each other.  Anyway, it's always best to hear form someone that is real.
