Bout any AP book by Margret Wylde or Mary Jo Peterson

I've used "Building for a Lifetime" by Wylde

and

"Universal Kitchen and Bathroom Planning: Design That Adapts to People" by Peterson

Might also check out Louis Tenenbaum's blog on Aging:
