I am installing Conestoga RTA cabinets in my kitchen and they came with plywood toe kicks that I have to cut to size to install. What’s the best way of hiding the end of the plywood on end cabinets? Do a mitered return, iron on edge banding, or something else? I was going to miter the base cabinet before I installed them to address this, but in my haste to get them installed I forgot. Thanks.

Yes.
A small piece of outside corner molding works fairly well,
Mitred return
Simple, easy and done. OC corner trim just doesn't look quite right and calls attention to the detail. Lose it with a return.
