I am constructing an inside multi-bay dog kennel for personal use. It has concrete block walls and a cement floor. I would like to know the best waterproofing product for the cement walls that will stand up to daily washing. I also need flooring options. Thanks

Concrete blocks and concrete stand up to daily washings as well as anything. You could epxoy it but dog claws will scratch it off.
Th concrete and masonry need to be sealed or they will absorb odors. Epoxy is your friend here (single part okay two part even better)
You might try talking to one of those guys who coats garage floors.
A couple coats of epoxy or polyurethane paint will work pretty well.
lot2,
We did a high end kennel and used FRP panels on the walls. Very easy to clean. Did epoxy on the floors.
