Now, why would you want to know?
Ive never heard anyone try to put a pressure [pacific] on it. Are you talking about insulation again ? Is this from that other thread you are referring to? It will hold some insulation in the schedules I gave, but it is still not a good idea to load it.

Think about that . A bedroom floor only has to be 30 lbs to 40lbs per sq foot for a total load over it .

Load and compressive resistance are two different things, Tim.
eg. a ceramic tile will stand up to high heels really well but not much of a load if unsupported.Excellence is its own reward!
