My client wants to install electric radient floor heat under the ceramic tile. Can anyone suggest a specific brand to use and or avoid. I realize it must be tiled extremly carefully. I’m looking for the best product, but I couldn’t find many reviews. Thanks

Look at NuHeat
I've known several people who have used NuHeat and have been pleased with the product

electric radiant floor heating
dto, used NU Heat for several years now. Never had a complaint about them.
Electric heating of any sort has been used reluctantly because of the high cost of electricity.
China has been manufacturing PV panels at a price that becomes reasonable. The problem still is how to store the energy when there is not enough light. This might change now soon. A Canadian company in the US is mining Vanadium (backed by Chinese investment) They want to develop storage methods that can be tapped for "off-light" periods. Then it would make sense to convert to "free" power source.
As a builder i would prepare for appropriate electrical panels and wiring already now. Also roofconstruction would be on the agenda
