Saw a deal on CL for Bruce oak engineered flooring.
Anybody used this stuff, any good?? Apparently 5/16" 3 ply with oak top layer. Staple it down type stuff.

At that thin, there's really not much of a wear layer-way more than laminate flooring, but long term?
There are better eng. floorings available, but like most everything-at a higher price.

Wake up and I have a question-5/16ths, you sure? The engineered are usually thicker. Solid might be that thin.
