I’m really intrigued by the idea of a foot-pedal operated kitchen faucet, but not really pleased with the options that come up in a google search. I want the faucet to still act normally: open the hand-operated valve and water should come out. I don’t want to prepare or latch any valves prior to foot-pedal use: one should be able to come up to the foot pedals, press them, and have water come out. So this rules out anything where the foot-operated valves are in series with the regular valves (like Pedalvalve or Tapmaster or FootFaucet. I also don’t want anything that needs to be electronically controlled; I’m not really interested in an electronic sensor faucet.
I haven’t found any pre-packaged solution that meets all these requirements. The best I can come up with is to get a B-0502 double pedal valve from T&S Brass and remote valve kitchen faucet (perhaps the one in the Kohler Simplice line), and tying the output line from the pedal valve into the line between the valve and the faucet with a (presumably homemade, hacked-together) wye.
Has anybody successfully done this? Are there any brands of remote-valve faucet whose hardware would be particularly amenable to this type of connection?
The other solution would be to have two faucets in my sink–one regular and one that’s exclusively foot operated. (Well, actually three faucets: there’s a filtered/instant hot water Insinkerator as well.)

There's this,

it seems like what you want, except I think there is a lever for hand control.
