Neat house. I see those metal awanings a lot on old homes around here too. Were they a 50's thing or what? They would have to go.
It would have to be a labor of love though. I'd bet the rehab would cost more than a build.

I guess a good home inspection would let you know if it was worth it or not.
I'd choose a HI who had a direct link in with an engineer. :-)
