Frost on outside of walls (post #216595)

I'm in the middle of constructing a wood shop/building.  I could not get the siding on this season so used a PPG deck stain with UV block on the exterior OSB.  The interior is batt insulation and drywall.  It is only heated as needed with a wood stove. During certain weather conditions - cold clear nights - there is frost on the exterior at the stud bays.  What is happening and is it okay? Will this continue to happen to the siding on an unheated building?

Couple questions (post #216595, reply #1 of 3)

A couple quick questions:

1. Where are you located?

2. Do you have a vapor barrier under the drywall (poly or the like)?

I'm guessing that this is (post #216595, reply #2 of 3)

I'm guessing that this is plain old "frost" -- the same stuff that forms on the grass or leaves.
