So they say. (post #207440, reply #1 of 14)
There's probably an official release somewhere-you might find it via google. Probably too late for any resurrection of the old place.
But you can bet dollars to donuts (and I love donuts-shoulda been a cop) that they're having a field day where the "most of the gang" dun gone.

On one of the other forums there's a rumor floating that Andy E. is back.
Any truth to that?
Ron (post #207440, reply #4 of 14)
Andy is back as an editor-there's another word in front of editor.
SENIOR editor.
Must be for the hispanic publication.
Maybe this year we'll get to see Andy at a Fest.

It will be good.
Dan Morrison leaves for a career in D.C. and we get a familiar face back in the building.

Catching up (post #207440, reply #10 of 14)
Not a lot to catch you up on, Boss. I left FHB in 2004. Did some carpentry work, wrote a couple of books for Taunton, ran Professional Deck Builder magazine for the competion until 5PM on Monday, started back at FHB yesterday morning. Some new faces here for me, and some old faces, but the same great atmosphere. It felt a lot like coming home.

After you get settled in and eventually are sitting around looking for something to do.............
We should have a talk on the "fine tuning" this forum needs. I realize of course you could be as tech challenged as I, but you might be able to push the right buttons.
Hell, push a couple of the wrong ones and maybe that'll do something.
In even more seriousness-welcome home!

I've had a couple of minor changes since you left here.
Got divorced. Lost my job, & the plant I had worked at closed.
Dated a lot, and worked at several part time or temporary jobs.
Met a lady on eharmony, got remarried, and moved 120 miles away.
Got a job with a company I used to compete with.

You talking about being unhappy in your marriage, but that's about when I left. Very happy to hear things are looking up for you.
