I am interested to know how much would it cost for a house to be build including foundations on a straightforward plot. I know it’s costly in Sweden than most parts in the UK. But is there some sort of packages for this case? What is the average cost per square meter? I found some links but there isn’t much information there yet. Any ideas?
Thanks!

I think you'd get better answers if you asked contractors in the area where you'd like to build how much they charged for particular houses.
Varies all over the place, to use an English idiom.
Just finished the dwelling pictured in the attachments, very small dwelling by USA standards, only 75 sq meters, but has an additional shop of 75 sq meters below. As seen in the photo, the finished upstairs is used as office right now, but 2 folks could live there easily.
Total cost to build, not counting own labor, using 80% recycled materials, was $8000US, (about 70,000 SEK) or under $1000SEK/metersq. Of that about $12000 SEK was permit, inspection, and impact fees.
For something of similar quality, you can go up from there; typical in USA is 20X (twenty times, or 20k SEK)) that amount including labor.
The Nov 1990 issue of FHB magazine has a back page article on building a 60 meter sq simple dwelling for UNDER 70SEK (yes, just seventy SEK) per meter sq of floor space.
