i am starting my own construction management business after many years of working for other people and contractors. i am finding that i either can’t get or liability insurance it is ski high expensive, too high for a start-up like me. i chose the description “construction management” becaus esomeone told me that this way the homeowner is actually hiring you as a sub as he would be all other subs, and he carries the insurance. ios this correct. any suggestions?
