Meausuring drawers for use with European Slide hardware
I am about to build drawers for on existing kitchen cabinet. How do I go about measuring so the new drawers will fit the cabinet after I install the hardware?
Are there illustrations or video of this process on line?
Thanks

It is dependant on the hardware.
You need to decide which hardware you are using, and the instructions will tell you what clearances you need to build in.

What slides do you want to use?
Face frame or framless cabinets?
Most slides that go on the sides nowadays are 1/2" each. So your drawer can be no larger than the opening minus 1". Most also have a way to account for some play but only in one direction. You can make the drawer 1-1/16" to 1-3/32" smaller than the opening and if you put the screws in the right holes, you'll be fine.
