I’ve seen this system advertised in fhb & on “this old house”. You have (1) exhaust
fan unit in the attic with flex duct routed to all baths- now I believe there must be a
damper system so that each vent can run independent of the others-(you wouldn’t
want every vent to come on if you only needed it in one bathroom). Any help?

These are from Panasonic or Fantech. I'm not sure about controling individual rooms or that it would be necessary. My electricianms take care of the installations but they are really good - and quiet too. I've had two callbacks from owners to say that the fan isn't working. I throw a dollar bill at it and watch it stick from the suction, then turn the switch off and let it drop. It's so quiet that they aren't used to it and assume it not working. The greatest danger of exhausting too much air from the house is leaving it on from unawareness that it is running. Maybe a lighted switch....
