Can anyone post pictures of outside corner details using penny tiles? Interior designer wants to use penny tiles on a shower seat and short walls below seat.

Never heard of penny tiles...........but if the size of pennies-I'd be looking for matching or complementary trims.
or even some long stone you could run to.
Then, there's always checking the Schluter website for a metal corner. They've got em-whether you like it or not is another story.

What you really get is "dont ask, don't tell"...
round over the corners
Without a trim piece it can be tough to get a satisfactory result by simply having pennies meet at a sharp 90-degree outside corner.
Radius the corners to wrap the pennies around the corner. You'll get a better looking installation and the backs of your knees will thank you.

If you use a natural stone like marble, you can get an even better effect by sanding down the tiles to get the radius even smoother. But that involves a discussion well beyond this thread.
