Source control, ventilation, and filtration are the keys to healthy indoor air quality. Dehumidification is important too.

Take the tax deduction for what the store retail price is, will likely end up being more $$ in your pocket than trying to peddle directly.
You see items similar to yours on craigslist all the time, they sit there for months with no buyer 'cause sellers start out wanting $3 bf, and up as 'antique' thinking there will be some stupid yuppie wanty 'character' or LEEDs credits to be able to get code exemptions. They never sell them until the price is down to $50 for the whole beam. There are a lilmited number of floks who will pay ridiculoous prices in CA for recalimed lumber just to get LEEDs credits to satisfy some local code conditions.
I've gotten 20 ft 4x14 that still have nails in them for just hauling away, from the CL 'free' section in Seattle area. .
I've never actually sold anything like that, but my thumb suck based on unloading a few bits on Craig's List would be to start at around 25% of "new" price if the beams are pristine condition, then work down from there if the stuff is significantly bunged up or whatever.
