I have to have some window screens made for a porch project with most sizes being roughly 5’x3′ and two that are closer to 5′ x 4′. Anyone have any idea where I can get some custom sized screens made?
I have tried some local millwork shops and lumber yards…also the big boxes….nothing.
Thoughts?
Thanks

Home Dump has (metal) window screen making components and tools all in one display for any size that you want to make.
Not sure if the frame components come in the length that you mention but I saw some long sections. (I have make a couple of sun blocking screens myself.)
The screens are Pheifer, which offer a good selection of sun blockers.
The assembled screens could be held in place with wood trim if it's for a porch.
Thanks.....I did check HD and I must have walked right by them....then again I was probably fearful of something falling (our HD is a gem). I will be holding them in with wood trim and then swapping them out for storm windows for winter.
I will check again at HD and bring my hard hat.

Know a little about alot and alot about little.
The display is tucked away in the back of the store along the wall.
At least that's how it is in our store in Virginia.
Everything should be in one place, including the gasket/beads and roller tools, angle connections and assortment of screen material.
Check out the sun blocking screen, which looks like a regular screen but is black and has a different grid pattern.
Good luck,
