Lo Flush Toilets (post #189151)

Hi All,
I was looking at some info on these today.
Our Code mandated 6L/F about 2 years ago. (British Columbia) We are going to 4.8L in Oct. Dual flush 6/L will be deemed equivalent.
I'm looking at upgrading.
I power assisted noisy?
I saw 3.8L toilets, do they work?
Any info appreciated.
