announced by GE that they will have availible net zero energy homes in a turn key fashion.

My wisecrack for the day is this,

Does this mean the economy will be so bad by then that the net number of new homes added in this country will be zero ?

I think it means the carbon tax will be so high we can't afford to use utility power. That is the objective anyway.
