I'm going to Boulder City Nevada next week to work on my Mom's house to get it ready to sell.  I should arrive Friday, June 15th. 

I need to finish up the shop/garage Dad started out back, which includes wiring, (which I will do) and hanging a door (which I will also do), and fire rated dry wall.  I might possibly paint it, but haven't decided yet. 

Will be ready for garage drywall, (inspector permitting), on Tuesday June 19. 

There are a couple of rooms on the interior that should be painted, and the exterior trim probably needs new paint. 

I won't know for sure what all has to be done, until I get onsite.
