Hi All-
I'm looking for a Remodeler for a 300 sqft in-law suite addition in NW Metro Atlanta. Budget is roughly $25k. A few details:
Single level ranch home on crawl, addition would need to be on crawl also.
Addition would include full bath and a laundry relocation.
Size is just over 300 square feet.
Potential for an existing bathroom remodel to be included in job.
Prefer a hands-on GC or Remodeler, not just someone that will sub the entire job out. Must be licensed in Georgia as this will be a permitted job.
If interested, please send me an email jganyardnospamATgmailnospamDOTcom.
Obviously you'll need to remove some of that address.
Thanks,
Joel

Joel, Your budget seems (post #206778, reply #1 of 1)
Joel,
Your budget seems tight, it may be possible, but only using low end materials and cheap (i.e. shoddy labor). Adding 20% to your budget will give you breathing room and you'll be less likely to be disappointed with the outcome.
