1920's , two-storey (post #196956, reply #1 of 6)

Several years ago I was leadman on 13 or 14 historicic Restorations in Ybor City. These were funded by FDOT And the Hillbourough County Historical Commision. Thes These houses were just a portion of the structures moved And restored due to the expansion of the I-4 corridor. This project lasted for over two years for me. I am not a contractor, but am an experienced csrpenter/ Woodworker with nearly thirty years experience in the trades.

What if (post #196956, reply #2 of 6)

they're JLC subscribers?

Both......... (post #196956, reply #3 of 6)

would certainly confuse the issue.

Ralph wicklund is from Jacksonville-never been to fla, anywhere close?  And there was that guy with the screen name Fla.

And the guy from Florida that I think finally closed up shop.

Pity.

A Great Place for Information, Comraderie, and a Sucker Punch.

Looking for skilled tradesman near Pass a Grille - St Pete Beach (post #196956, reply #6 of 6)

Looking for skilled trademen near Pass a Grille area.  We're buying a house built in the 1980's which needs some updating.  New windows, flooring, kitchen.  There's some rot around the windows that will need to be addressed.  Siding is painted, rough sawn cedar.  Current windows are segmented aluminum awning type.  At least two exterior doors will need to be replaced.  One of them may need some work around the rough opening due to rot.
