I just finished roughing in these stairs. I tried posting this earlier and the server sent me an error message and right now I don't feel like retyping everything. I going to keep it short and see if this works. There are more pics at www.KyleMelson.com

What I'd like to know is how you get the glue on those 7-8 laminations and get everything clamped before the glue's too dry.
