Sound deadening for interior wall

Let's try it again.

New construction;

I have a furnace room next to the master bedroom.  I am a bit concerned about the potential noise.  It probably will be ok, but I have this opportunity to add a bit of insurance.

I will insulate the wall (should help a tiny bit).

Mass is your friend. If you have room on the furnace side add another layer of drywall, go for 5/8's inch even and seal all the edges with acoustical caulk.
