I have a collection of  Fine Homebuilding from #1 to the end of 2011. All are in mint condition , read once or twice and put away. No marking or pages missing. They need a good home. Pick up in NYC (Queens area) or you pay shipping. Need to make more space.

Since posting I received an offer for part of the collection. 168-present are taken as well as some others of various dates
