Chicago porch repairs?

I have a two flat with a back porch / rear staircase that spans the width of the building. This is the 1926 original construction which needs a serious rebuild or replacement owing to the code upgrades since the porch disaster on Wrightwood some years ago.

There are structural, window, siding and trim issues to be corrected.

You need to be capable of dealing with Chicago codes, inspectors, permits and weather. Of course you need to be licensed and insured.
