I have some old, old, issues starting in 1981- 2, 6, 7-10, 14-89. Fair to good condition. Would love to help somebody fill in their collection for a fair price + shipping.
I'd be interested to know whether anyone has ever had any luck selling back issues here. I think in a few cases they've gotten takers giving them away for postage.
Of all the preposterous assumptions of humanity over humanity, nothing exceeds most of the criticisms made on the habits of the poor by the well-housed, well-warmed, and well-fed. --Herman Melville
Back in the day, old issues were often snapped up right away. Entire collections. I remember $3-$4 an issue being fairly common.
That enthusiasm has waned. Nowadays, yeah, $1-$1.50 an issue plus shipping for a decent collection. isn't out of line. For a collection with missing issues, just paying for postage to keep them out of the recycling bin isn't uncommon.
There are 10 kinds of people in this world; those who understand binary and those who do not.
