I don’t have much to say by the way of advice, but I do hope that you’ve been able to solve the problem. We’ve had a leak somewhat similar the last time around and short of having to move everything in that particular room into a storage room while getting an emergency plumber to fix things for us, it was quite stressful because a lot of items were damaged before we realised. Hope you don’t currently have issues like that and good luck!
