JACK HAMMER REPAIR HELP NEEDED
I HAVE A CHEAP ELECTRIC JACK HAMMER (HARBOR FREIGHT).
WITHOUT TEARING IT APART (YET), IT SEEMS TO HAVE A "LEAK"
AND HAS LOST IT'S IMPACT POWER. ANY REPAIR IDEAS/HELP?

Toss it. Never had any luck with getting their tools repaired. Either buy good and repair or buy cheap and toss.
