I have searched on line for slot mortisers starting with jet and grizzly. Could I get some feedback from the forum members regarding mortisers. I have a project where I have to build a couple of custom mahogony screendoors I would like to mortis and tenon them.

I don't have any first hand knowledge, but since you haven't gotten any responses, here's a couple of web sites. This will also work as a bump to keep you thread nearer the top.

I have a Jet (post #187181, reply #2 of 2)
Bought it to build screen doors.
It's decent, not fast but makes good tight joints.
Your stile dimension will be limited by the height above the table of the bit, less than 5" but don't remember exactly.
