I remember seeing an article in either Fine Homebuilding or Inspired House, that compared  modular and panelized home construction methods with stick built. The arrticle listed the pros and cons of each method and comparative costs.


Can anyone point me to the issue containing this article?

You'll probably get more answers if you post your question at Breaktime. You could also do a search of FHB's old articles by subject (can't remember if it's at Breaktime or the Taunton home page (think it's the home page). Go there and they list Fine Homebuilding Magazine and you can search for articles by subject.
