I assume you are asking for reports from people who have engineered floors. I have a Pergo floor in my kitchen that is supposed to look like tile; it is holding up well. We have a dog that tries to run on this slippery floor and so its claws scratch at it to get traction and the floor still looks good. I'm not a real neat freak, so I haven gotten down on my hands and knees to examine it, but I'm happy with it.
You may get more responses if you post this on Breaktime--go to the green box at the top of this page and click on it--it's the first one after "Other Taunton Sites:". The people at Breaktime can be a little rough, just so you don't get surprised!
