Respected gentlemen.
My name is Nilo.
I would like to know about router’s applications (portable routers) into carpentry and home build.
Can you help me?

By considering things like energy-efficient mechanicals, window orientation, and renewable energy sources, homes can be evaluated to meet the energy codes. Here's what the IRC has to say.

Hello Nilo,
Welcome to House Chat. I think that if you posted your questions about routers at "Knots" (woodworkers/furniture) or "Breaktime" (carpenters/construction), you will probably get many more answers, and quicker, too!
Good luck!

Hello Tejonista.
Thanks a lot.
okok a lonely breaktimer has wondered into the thread.
Routers have UNENDLESS uses! If you are working with wood, I think a router is about the best tool you can have.
From building cabinets to shelves, to even making your own moldings.......you can do it all with different bits on a router.
Also some people use them like a rotozip to cut out holes in drywall.......not saying that is the best tool........
When in doubt, get a bigger hammer!
Hello Custombuilt.
What kind of tasks can I do? ( home construction, specifically )
Example: ...hinge Jig, lock Jig, ...
Then, how many tasks can I do?
Thanks.

Yeah, you can cut mortises for doors, cut baseboard recepticle holes (that one was in fine homebuilding sept. issue)
I used mine when i built oaks stairs once, to cut a bullnose on the oak. Also if I just built an entertainment center and to make cabnets, I Dado (tenon joints) the stock with a router.
You can do rabbit joints too, also if you are putting in laminate countertops then a router is handy for trimming.
If you are doing basic home stuff, then it isn't so nessecary, but for more advanced stuff it is a must.
When in doubt, get a bigger hammer!
Hello.
